Capturing the spirit of the small, specialist shops of yesteryear, where a warm welcome and honest work ethic were the order of the day, Jones & Company is a family-run studio. Here, everyone plays a part – Dylan illustrates, his wife, Heike, takes care of production, and their kids, Anna-Rose and Sophie-Mae, provide inspiration as they relish the simple joys of childhood. It’s in this environment, between the ebb and flow of everyday family life that Dylan creates and crafts his passion – character design, editorial, and all forms of vector illustration.
Liliana and Mateo are the dynamic duo who make up the team, Loc & Mac - a creative couple, outsiders and daydreamers, who love to question reality. They get excited solving visual problems for their clients, they love to bring concepts to life in their images, and they believe that even the most traditional company can have the most striking and creative image. They both have university degrees in filmmaking, strong experience working in the advertising industry, and with direct clients. In addition to the usual work they do for clients, they also like to create their own artistic projects.

Alan Berry Rhys is a graphic artist and illustrator home based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. As an artist, he has worked for a wide range of commercial and commissioned works for brands developing graphic universes and illustrations. Vintage graphic advertising inspires his work. Using screen-printing, risograph, and painting, he developed a style based on low-quality printing methods of the early graphic advertising. He also has extended work on lettering and typography. In the search of inspiration of a simpler life, he explores craftsmanship lifestyles, such as fishermen, axmen, butchers, carpenters, etc. In addition, he also enjoys exploring popular street graphic. He has worked for brands such as Jack Daniel's, Absolut Vodka, Nike, Puma, Sol Beer, Cinzano, Vans, Oreo, Good Year, Penguin, California Customs, Pilgrim London, BlackFin, and Gravedad Zero.

He teaches part-time at Columbia College, Chicago, where he always tells his kids to avoid royalty free and micro stock like the plague that they are. He has worked for companies as large as International Paper and as small as local free newspapers. "I can handle any job you throw at me – as long as I don’t have to spel much.
