Sharif Tarabay‘s latest assignment for the UK’s Dong Energy is one in which he pays homage to the work of another artist. In this case he creates a pastiche of the famous Caspar David Friedrich painting, Wanderer Above The Sea Of Fog, painted in 1818. It is an iconic image that addresses the sublime power of nature, and given that the campaign is introducing the UK’s first large scale offshore wind farm, Sharif Tarabay’s interpretation is a fitting one.
