The latest collaboration between photographer Andrei Duman and LEGO® artist, Nathan Sawaya delves deep into the meaning of our very existence. It is a deeply personal series and a year in the making; inspired by a family member’s battle with dementia.
Andrei’s initial concept was to visually depict the idea of deterioration, but after some research he discovered the art of Nathan Sawaya and his focus changed from a concept of decomposition to an examination of more nuanced balance between life and decay.
