While most of us are still hesitant to travel, illustrators Greg Betza and Veronica Lawlor of Studio 1482 have created a series called Armchair Travel to remind us what is out there when we feel free to roam again. Their black-and-white line style has a tension and urgency to it that perfectly captures the chaos of a city like Rome. And their watercolor style is just the right fit for the lush, humid island of Maui.
