Brian Molyneaux has spent most days of the past seven years photographing a different person wherever he is. He has photographed people on the streets of Oakland where he is based, and in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Paris, Dublin, San Francisco, Santa Fe and in many more cities and towns. Brian started his project in January of 2016 as a unifying response to the major division going on between people and ideologies in the United States.
He wanted to put his hand in other people’s hands, to connect and to hear and help tell their stories. The photos attached are a small sample of the many beautiful and diverse people that he has had the pleasure of meeting through this very huge personal labor of love project.
