Clay Cook Spotlight: Luxury Beverages

Posted on

Photographer/Director Clay Cook is no stranger to marrying the past with the present for luxury beverage brands. His campaigns for Wild Turkey, Herradura, and Maker’s Mark are distinctly different but evoke respect and legacy equally.

For Wild Turkey, Clay visited their distillery and tasting room, showcasing the craftsmanship and camaraderie for those that share a drink together.

Herradura Tequila wanted to highlight their distinction as the first reposado tequila introduced in 1974. Tying it in with Cinco de Mayo, Clay created a bright and inviting setup with the tequila front and center, showing the brand’s history as a staple for any modern celebration.

Lastly, with Maker’s Mark, Clay focused on heritage, focusing on the fields that serve as the beginnings for the brand, as well as those involved in the making of the bourbon.

Through three campaigns, it’s clear to see that Clay Cook’s signature style allows viewers to discover his client brands through different prisms, creating an appreciation for the beverage beyond taste. If you’re a beverage brand in search for images that blends prestige with the present day, Clay’s your guy.
