Corey & Emily Critser recently photographed for Garden & Gun magazine’s feature, “Meet the New Heir to Benton’s Ham,” which tells the story of Allan Benton’s son leaving medicine to join the family business at the smokehouse. The shoot took place at Benton’s Smoky Mountain Country Hams & Bacon in Madisonville, TN, and was featured in both the print and digital issues.

Corey & Emily, the husband-and-wife duo behind Lanewood Studio, have been collaborating since 2009. Corey manages technical elements like lighting, while Emily directs talent and refines styling. Together, they create seamless, high-quality photography experiences by blending their unique strengths and passion for the craft.
