When creatives at Pure Red in Charleston, North Carolina needed a photographer for their upcoming Lowe’s campaign, they turned to Workbook and found Dana Hursey. Judging by the results, CD Jeff Lewis and AD John Jung hired Dana for his unique style that is clean, colorful, illustrative, and character driven. He was provided with rough pencil sketches and tentative copy for each ad, so his creative input prior to the shoot helped refine each image by adding important details to the degree that he was able to get just about everything all in-camera. The result is a fun, memorable, direct-mail campaign.
