Photographer/Director Dennis Murphy worked with agency, GTB, to capture library of images for Ford to promoting its annual ‘Ford Truck Month’ campaign and future marketing needs. The shoot called for striking visuals of Ford’s truck lineup, featuring Grammy Award–winning country artist Lainey Wilson. The creative team provided overall direction ahead of the two shoot days, along with more specific scenario notes as each setup unfolded.
Shot on a large ranch in conjunction with a motion team, Dennis worked quickly, having his setups near the motion crew so Lainey could easily move from set to set. On days focused solely on the trucks, the pace was more relaxed, with dedicated vehicles and drivers available for the shots. “As always, great agency, client, crew, and talent rule the day. And, the ranch location had great shooting opportunities. My job was made easier because of all of that.”
