The latest project of photographer John Haynes took him to Wisconsin, where cheese is a bit of an obsession. He profiled twenty-seven different cheesemakers across the state, for the Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin, as they go about the business of producing 3 billion (!) pounds of cheese every year.
