Originally from Rhode Island, Trevor Paulhus spent the past decade calling Dallas, Texas home whilst traveling the globe shooting photos for a long list of clients and scratching his endless itch for adventure. In spite of his stubborn insomnia and restlessly overactive mind, he manages to scarcely hold onto sanity by running as many miles as he can squeeze in, hiding in the woods, or staring out at the Atlantic or Pacific Ocean whenever possible. His love of family, friends and a dog Samantha keep him balanced when not buried in his work or out searching for new people and experiences to absorb. Trevor is a fan of caffeine, hiking, reggae, and a good night's sleep.
Tim Bower became a commercial artist at age ten, when he won a national contest for Hygrade's Ball Park Franks. As his mom wrote the winning copy ("I like Ball Park Franks because they're plump like my little brother."), and he drew the accompanying picture, (a chubby anthropomorphic hotdog-boy), illustration seemed a natural calling. Since the contest's prize, a 3-speed Columbia banana-seat bicycle, had about the same monetary value as today's average spot illustration, he's been pretty much treading water ever since.
Chris Jameson is a photographer based in Salt Lake City, Utah, but he's ready to hit the road to anywhere. He loves to work with clients to help their vision meld with his vision and to give them what they want to see. When he doesn't have a camera in hand or not tied to the computer, Chris spends his time at home, watching his girls grow each and every day and faster than he would like.
Like many kids, David Malan found he loved to draw at a young age. He stuck with it through his whole life and has developed a frank, accurate approach to portraying the emotions of the subject. His influences have long included many classical artists of the 19th century and Golden Age illustrators. David studied illustration at Brigham Young University and worked for over a decade as a Disney artist while refining his illustrative style. He can handle a range from light and stylized to realistic and accurate and has worked with clients from editorial, publishing, advertising, video game design, and even coin design for the U.S. Mint. David lives with his artistic wife and four muse children in Salt Lake City, Utah.
After graduating from the Academy of Art College in 1991 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in commercial photography, Leo Gong had the opportunity to travel in Europe as a photo assistant, which opened up his world to different foods and cultures of the world. "I started shooting food when I first opened my photo studio in 1998. Using photography to tell stories about food became a passion for me. Each subject is unique and embedded with a richness in history and culture, which makes it a fascinating subject. I’m always learning something new and meeting interesting people. Visually telling their stories is challenging and rewarding at the same time." Who knew that a little Kodak Instamatic camera and stories at the kitchen table would lead to a lifelong journey of photography?
Fizz3D/Clayt Lennox began his career over twenty years ago as a professional sculptor and painter, designing original artwork that was reproduced in the giftware and gardening industries. His interest in refining his creative skill set led to the obsessive study of computer graphics, commercial art, and modern business communication. Today Clayt is busy servicing a diverse client base through two creative studios: np2 and Fizz3D, where he blends his fine art skills with digital technology and advertising. Much more importantly, he is husband to Kristy and the father of two beautiful daughters.
