Illustrator Lucy Truman was commissioned by Pace Advertising and Brown Harris Stevens Realty to create a series of watercolor illustrations for a luxury real estate campaign in Manhattan’s Upper West Side, near Lincoln Center. The series includes vibrant street scenes, lifestyle moments, custom maps, and spot illustrations, all designed to evoke the charm and character of the neighborhood.
Used across brochures, tote bags, events, and even StreetEasy ads, the artwork brought a cohesive sense of storytelling and warmth to every brand touchpoint. As a cherry on top, the project was recognized by American Illustration 44 as a chosen winner!
