Photographer/Director Mari Amor teamed up with Dexian to showcase their sustainable and equitable hiring practices, paving the way for others. Mari was asked to write and direct stories about real people who work in real offices. Her crew created a series of stories and invited the talent on the set for some method acting. The genuine joy and good spirit on set spoke to both Mari’s collaborative style, and also the tone that Dexian cultivates within their own company.
