Mendola Artists are creating more motion imagery than ever before. Now that most every publication can be read in print or online, artists are called upon to create GIFs that can add important nuance to a story. In the case of longer animated files, artists work with a collaborator behind the scene to produce the motion file, or clients request image frames and contract an animation studio to create the finished animated file. In this case, more often than not, the frames are also used in a static way.
But in any case, Tim told us: “Clients are using illustrators and animators because they are interested in a unique style.” Given the depth of talent in the Mendola group, it is easy to see why.
