Mendola Artists Are Commissioned by Publix Stores on Various Projects

From an April Fool’s prank to bright and inviting packaging, Publix Stores have recently tapped the incredible artists at Mendola Artists to work on various projects.

Agent Bob was commissioned to illustrate a highly detailed scene of a new and unexpected Publix store location in Anchorage, AK for social media promotion. It was later revealed the whole announcement was and April Fool’s prank, and Agent Bob was in on the rouse.

Navina Chhabria is working with supermarket chain Publix on an ongoing series of new product label illustrations. Publix is redesigning the package labels for their line of store brand sausages and other meats, using Navina’s eye-catching food illustrations to depict the different flavors.

Lasty but not least, Lulu Dubreuil has illustrated the packaging for another limited-edition seasonal ice cream flavor from Publix: Peanut Butter and Jelly.
