Given the historic nature of what we are living through right now, photographers like Saverio Truglia are compelled to document life in the moment. At first, he kept these images private, then began to share them on Instagram, and has now published them on his site and as part of the Workbook Produce in Place project. He captures his family as he and his wife attempt to keep life as normal as possible for their two young boys, ages six and three, and maintain their own work at the same time. Undoubtedly a challenge, and one to which we can all relate. He also expresses a sense of irony about his situation when he tells us he is “feeling some strange urgency to cover this time as if it’ll end soon, while not yet seeing the end in sight.”
