Photographer Scott Van Osdol captures the energy and ingenuity of STEM education for Advanced Micro Devices’s internal communications and social media. Every year, AMD employees help students assemble dozens of parts into working solar-powered race cars, then race them against each other. Each part of the event and the constructed cars have to work smoothly with all the others, much like the cutting-edge computer chips AMD designs and produces. The event leaves the students with good lessons for life, work, and play.
