At the end of every year we ask Workbook contributors to submit their best projects. It is a great way to see all just how Workbook contributors excel at what they do.
John Tomac created this image for the Wall Street Journal article, “Losing Focus: how the monotony and isolation of remote work causes people to lose their ability to focus.”
Martin French designed this poster for Los Olvidados or The Forgotten Ones, an audio documentary produced by Michael Ambrosino, creator of the broadcasting platform @33thirdjazz.
David Preiss created a series of illustrations for Middlesex Health of post- operative exercises and practices for recovering patients. David says, "That the drawings may give aid to those in medical recovery is particularly rewarding."
Brent Hale and his son, Jesse Hale spent four weeks perched precariously on scaffolding 100 feet above the Guadalupe River in the beautiful hill country of Kerrville, Texas painting this 14’ x 65’ mural for The Arcadia Live Theater. Check out more of Brent's murals at his site.
This private commission by Tom Cocotos was recognized by American Illustration, Communication Arts and 3x3 Magazine. In the new year Tom told us he is, "planning an entire series of Bowies representing all his incarnations over the years....of course listening to his music while I make them."
