Illustrator Steven Salerno was commissioned to create artwork for an editorial feature in the 2nd QT 2026 issue of the Milken Institute Review. Steven was met with the task of creating illustrations that would and clarify the complicated aspects of core dynamics to attempting to reform and improve upon the existing IRS juggernaut. Steven’s artwork contains clear elements in art that radiates chaos, mirroring the objectives of the feature article. It’s finding clarity in at times overwhelming puzzle pieces, which is synonymous with dealing with the IRS.
