According to photographer Abigail Bobo, Nashville locals don’t really frequent Broadway (home to country music history) all that much. But for many of us, one of the lessons learned during the pandemic is to try and slow down a bit and appreciate the things that are right in front of us. “Maybe it was the need to see life and joy again. Or maybe it was the delight of discovering something new from the old,” Abigail says. In any case, street photography was “calling her name,” and as the world began to open up again, she found herself there on Broadway capturing all the life and culture around her.
