As a source for some of the best illustration talent in the world today, we are always excited to see illustration being utilized by major consumer brands in their advertising and branding campaigns.
Case in point, Victo Ngai‘s beautifully nuanced work for Lexus, in which she illustrates the subtle differences between the Chinese Autumn Festival and the Korean Chuseok. In both cultures, a celestial rabbit resides on the moon, while the Chinese rabbit lives in an osmanthus tree; its Korean counterpart resides in a persimmon tree.
