Huge congrats to Berlin-based illustrator Christian Gralingen! His ongoing personal series was recently selected as a winning entry in Creative Quarterly Issue 83.
Heavily influenced by the imagery of scientific publications, architectural schematics, and technical blueprints, Christian’s work uniquely bridges the gap between structured precision and conceptual art. His winning body of work applies this signature approach—blending intricate linework, mixed-media collage, and digital geometry—to explore the subtle shapes and motifs of floral forms. The series will be published in the print journal, featured in the upcoming Creative Quarterly yearbook, and showcased on their website.
