Photographer-director Dennis Burnett is best known for his commercial lifestyle and food photography, but recently he’s been documenting authors and taco ambassadors, Mando Rayo and Jarod Neece, in their crusade to share the perfect taco.
In their book, Tacos of Texas, the engaging authors hit seven different cities in Texas, each with its own take on the iconic food. Dennis was there to document the proceedings in film and stills and captures some great behind the scenes images, too.
The docuseries has seven 8-10 minute installments on PBS Digital Studio on YouTube as part of their Indie Lens Storycast. Dennis loves the free-form documentary style of shooting for the series and loves sharing with the world the prestige of the Tacos of Texas.
