To say Illustrator/Animator Lisa Sheehan has been busy is an understatement. Not only did she win awards from both Communication Arts and the ADC (for typography and cover art, respectively) but she also completed a commission for The Economist in less than a day! These challenges are welcome work for the Art Director turned Illustrator/Animator, who recently shared words of encouragement on Instagram: “To anyone thinking about switching careers in your 40s, go for it! It’s never too late to learn new things.”
