Ian Coble
Ian Coble is a commercial sports photographer based on the West Coast. A former collegiate athlete and professional free-skier, he turned to photography in his early twenties as it provided a new outlet for his creativity. Focusing on the sports he used to compete in, Coble has a unique eye and an ability to document his subjects from an insider’s perspective.
A passionate outdoorsman, skier, runner, and waterman, Coble is at home on location, even in the harshest and most difficult conditions. He’s often described by his clients, crew, and talent as being one of their favorite photographers to ever work with, putting in the long hours that demanding shoots require, while still maintaining a funny and infectious positive attitude.
