Scratchboard artist, Mark Summers has been working with Rolling Stone magazine’s art director Joe Hutchinson on a monthly feature called “The Last Word,” in which the last page of every issue will be reserved for one of Mark’s portraits. In the samples below, he shows us a bit of his process, with sketch and finished artwork side by side.
