New to Workbook is award-winning, Cuban-born artist, Sergio Baradat. Based in New York City, Sergio’s work combines a classical aesthetic with a modern point of view, his style on full display in this recently illustrated and designed series of postage stamps for the UN’s Universal Postal Union’s 150th anniversary.

The Universal Postal Union (UPU) works to connects 192 member countries, ensuring efficient postal exchanges while addressing modern challenges like e-commerce and digital security. To mark this milestone and reflect the progress made by UPU, Sergio’s commemorative stamps help celebrate the theme “150 years of enabling communication and empowering peoples across nations.”
