The New Workbook Portfolio is More Intuitive, Integrated, and Customizable Than Ever

Posted on

New, fresh content is what will keep creatives engaged and continually coming back to Workbook. Our new portfolio manager gives artists the tools to make sharing that content so much easier, so portfolios always look  fresh and  up-to-date. Here’s a rundown of all the new features:

-You’ll  improve your chances of work getting viewed with the addition of the new  auto-tagging feature. The new image-tagging feature with auto-tagging enables buyers to really drill down and find the specific things they’re looking for, and artists should provide them with all the information they can. A single click provides a list of applicable image keywords; anything that doesn’t work, just remove. Something missing? Add your own keywords to the list.

-There are a number of new features that let you really customize a portfolio like a personal avatar: custom gallery names (no more Lifestyle #3), multiple hero images, and custom motion thumbnails.

-Throughout the management process there are now integrating help tools to answer questions quickly.

-We’re also integrating Facebook, Twitter, and Tumblr sharing, as well as YouTube and Vimeo integration. With the demand for motion content growing, we’ve made searching for video and animation files much easier.

So take a look at the demo video below. If you’re interested in talking about how a portfolio at Workbook could help your career, get in touch. If you’re a creative buyer, we hope you’ll explore the work of some of the best commercial artists working today and that the improvements we’ve made will help you more easily find what you are looking for.
