Above Gallery & Featured Image: Andy Anderson | Workbook portfolio

Driven by boundless curiosity and a passion for storytelling, Andy Anderson creates imagery that captures both the rawness of humanity and the grandeur of the natural world. His work spans global campaigns, editorial features, and film projects that push the craft forward — from the American West to Siberia, from cowboys and fishermen to stories of public land conservation. Andy’s photography and film are unposed yet cinematic, intimate yet expansive. Every frame reflects his belief that the camera is more than a tool — it’s a vessel for discovery, honesty, and connection. His images don’t just observe life; they preserve it, celebrate it, and reveal truths that resonate long after the moment has passed.

Joe Scarnici | Workbook portfolio

Joe is a commercial photographer and director focused on sports, active lifestyle, and athlete-led storytelling. Most of his work lives at the intersection of performance and personality, capturing movement, energy, and real moments in a way that feels natural, confident, and not overworked.

He collaborates closely with brands and agencies to create stills and motion across advertising, social, and editorial, often within tennis, pickleball, fitness, and lifestyle performance. Comfortable leading larger productions, he’s just as at home keeping things lean and nimble when the work calls for it. On set, his goal is always the same: create an environment where talent feels relaxed and the work feels honest.

Cynthia Lynn | Workbook portfolio

Cynthia grew up on the south side of Chicago, and some say she still carries the accent. Apparently, when she orders a “salad” or says “I’m from Chicago”, she sound like a Super Fan. Nonetheless, she’s fond of her accent and pleased to be connected to such an iconic city. Growing up in a working class family built the fibers of who she is today. She’s still based in Chicago, conveniently located in the River North area.

Todd McVey | Workbook portfolio

Todd spent many years at some of the top advertising agencies around the country where as a Creative Director/Art Director he developed award-winning campaigns for a variety of clients, Subaru Automobiles, Citizen Watches and Sea Doo Watercraft to name a few. During that time, he collaborated with many talented photographers and was always curious and engaged in the process of making images – always asking, why are you doing this, what’s that for, and what if we tried this? After years of photo shoots and tons of questions, Todd decided to follow his inner voice and become a photographer himself. As he said, “It was time to make the jump. From an early age, I’ve always wanted to take pictures. It was time to follow my true passion.”

Todd France | Workbook portfolio

Todd began his career as a photojournalist, traveling on assignment to Africa, Asia, Europe, and South America. After assisting some notable celebrity photographers, he launched his own editorial career working for publications such as People Weekly, Teen People, Forbes, Fortune, Businessweek & Cosmopolitan. As a portrait photographer, he delivers strong and authentic images. As an event & reportage photographer, he tells a story that reflects the uniqueness of each company-the team, the work, the personal connections, the meaningful moments big and small.
