Photographer Michelle VanTine recently traveled to Bonita Springs, Florida to shoot the trifecta in athletic collaboration: Athletic Cosmetic Company x Victoria Bossong x New Balance.
Athletic Cosmetics was started by former pro-tennis athlete Dominique van Boekel who decided to create something she never had: mascara that doesn’t run. Since then, the brand has been seen on the skin of Olympians and record setting athletes such as New Balance runner Victoria Bossong.
Bossong, aside from being a New Balance Athlete, is NCAA Record holder and Harvard Alum. She was the perfect model, whose own endurance and athleticism reflects the ethos of the brand.
Shot on one of Bossong’s training tracks, Michelle brought the sense of innovation, style, and power to each shot. New Balance sent clothes from their new line and the shoot focused on the sunblock, mascara and lipgloss from the Athletic Cosmetics line.
